Hi, I'm Katie, The Heart + Soul Behind Third Eye Consulting.
I'm a dynamic leader and visionary strategist with a rich background in both optometry and transformational coaching. A certified optician and seasoned executive, I have been recognized as one of Vision Monday’s Most Influential Women in Optometry and am the proud recipient of the Emerging Leader Award from the OWA. Currently serving as Chief Strategy Officer for a leading SaaS company, I bring deep expertise in sales, operations, organizational leadership, and business development.
With a unique blend of industry insight and mindset mastery, I empowers businesses to cultivate high-performing teams, streamline operations, and build intentional company cultures that support long-term success. As a life and mindset coach, I also works closely with women professionals, guiding them to overcome limiting beliefs, step into leadership, and rise confidently in their careers.
